I’m also a liberal arts student, not a programming or computer science major. Since 2019, I have been blogging through WordPress and learning necessary knowledge at that time. Of course, it would be better if you could understand programming languages such as PHP and MySQL that make up WordPress, but if you understand HTML and CSS properly like me, it will be very easy to run WordPress blogs.

Just as a thirsty person looks for a well, I started a WordPress blog and learned HTML and CSS. This is because I felt the need to combine HTML and CSS knowledge in running WordPress blogs. Therefore, the minjiblog you are currently watching is based on a paid theme called Newspaper, and I am operating it with a little HTML and CSS code.

What are HTML and CSS?

HTML

What is a paid WordPress theme?

The wordpress theme used by USMIND is a paid theme called GP. I bought it a year ago and continue to use it for about 50,000 won. Of course, it’s not a perfect theme in every way, but it’s a theme that I’m using satisfactorily considering its price/performance. It’s an introductory content that’s good for learning basic knowledge about the Internet as well as HTML and CSS

This is EDX, an online lecture site that I usually use. Unlike YouTube content, it is a very attractive site that you can listen to high-quality lectures anytime, anywhere. EDX has a variety of practical content, including programming, marketing, and finance. It is an online lecture site for adults who want to study career development or new fields.

You can find lectures in the introductory coding category or HTML and CSS in the front-end development category.
