• 4 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
• Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
• 4 slices whole-grain bread
• 4 basil leaves
• 2 slices fresh Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 250ºF. Grease a baking pan with olive oil.
